FINAL FANTASY XV Moogle Chocobo Carnival in-game event kicks off at 5:00 PM PDT today. Held in Altissia, the City on the Sea, the event features event-exclusive carnival games, water chocobo races, festive treats from the Square Enix Cafe and more. The event is accessible to in both free and premium versions for players download the Holiday Pack or Holiday Pack+, and will run until February 20.
