Before the world of 'everybody wins', there was one definitive loser: Tom. Warner Brothers is releasing the second volume of the Tom and Jerry Greatest Chases series. If you're a fan of the show or you want to prove to your kids that sometimes cartoons just don't have morals, this is right up your alley. Damn you Children's Television Act. Damn you.
