One of the more intriguing dramas for this year was The Soloist, which seemed to come and go pretty silently. Now out on blu-ray and featuring two of the brightest stars, you need only have to wonder how the movie fared. I shall tell ye.

I can understand why they wanted to remake this. That's where I stop.

My kids watched this movie four days in a row.  Now that either makes me a bad parent or it makes the movie very appealing to kids. I want to think it's a good movie.

I keep up with what I would call an above average amount of TV shows, and I'm no stranger to marathon season watching when I get a free weekend.
