You’re dressed like this amorphous blob of khaki.
Disneynature, a new, indepdendent film label under the Walt Disney umbrella, recently released its first nature documentary on Blu-ray. Simply entitled earth, this one and a half hour documentary aims to make the BBC's Earth documentary shorter and more entertaining. If you've seen BBC's Earth, then you've seen this earth too as far as the footage goes, but the music and new narration by James Ear...[Read More]
The last few weeks, if you've been reading the site (which I hope you have), have been filled with television shows on DVD and blu-ray. I have literally caught up on all the television I missed from 2008-2009. So with that said, Lie to Me is the latest show I had a chance to review on blu-ray and it's certainly giving me some mixed signals.
I had heard so much about this show that I simply couldn't help but to request it. As you can imagine, I don't get to watch much television these days (as I'm always reviewing movies, shows, etc.), so it's refreshing to catch up on what was missed, especially when it arrives in HD.

Not sure what to anticipate after hearing so much positive buzz about State of Play, I was satisfied with the movie's delivery of an entertaining story with a few pleasant surprises along the way. A definite watch if you enjoy this genre and want to see decent acting and a sadly (mostly) believable story.
I'm so happy that Bryan Singer didn't cast him (it might have ruined Smallville).
Oh, what could have been!
Not everyone can be an astronaut (I'm talking to you Steve Schardein!).
Hey, the movie title says it all, "Fighting". Certainly one of the more honest titles for a movie.
