The Kentucky Fried Movie
Before they had naked guns or saved airplanes over and over again, Zucker-Abrahams-Zucker wrote a movie called The Kentucky Fried Movie that was a montage of comedy pieces. You could see their future blooming through this film. And, of course, it is all helped by John Landis' directorial assistance.
