Arc System Works America, Inc. is excited to announce a new digital version for the popular single-player gorilla-multiplying card game, Goritaire! The digital game is scheduled for release on March 19, 2026 across Nintendo Switch™, PlayStation®4, PlayStation®5, Steam®, iOS, and Android. The game’s official store pages are open today, where players can wishlist now on Steam and PlayStation, or pre-register on Android.
Goritaire is a single-player game where you expand your troop of gorillas while carefully managing your supply of bananas. Grow your troop and expand the gorillas’ habitat while ensuring you never run out of their essential food source, bananas. You win the game if you successfully line up 7 or more gorillas!
This is the official digital version of the board game, Goritaire, created by Pawn—the same game designer and illustrator behind the hit single-player sheep-multiplying card game, Shephy. Players will easily be able to enjoy the uniquely challenging Goritaire digital game anytime, anywhere.
In addition, Arc System Works is thrilled to announce a special collaboration with Go! Go! Curry!, the famous restaurant chain originating from Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan that serves “Kanazawa Curry” nationwide and overseas. Their official mascot, “Goriko,” will make a special appearance in the Goritaire digital game as a card for players to enjoy!
Goritaire will be available digitally on March 19, 2026 at $4.99 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Steam; and available as a free-to-play game (with in-app purchases) for iOS and Android. The game’s official store pages are now live. Players can wishlist now on Steam and PlayStation, or pre-register on Android.
