Amazon Games building a 2023 roadmap for Lost Ark

Roadmaps are always a good thing. Check out the official announcement below.

Lost Ark remains one of the top ten most-played games on Steam since its record-breaking launch in 2022, and Amazon Games and Smilegate are committed to the trend of delivering significant new monthly content updates to players. Today, Amazon Games shared a letter to the Lost Ark community, offering players an update on the team’s thoughts and plans for Arkesia in 2023 and beyond.

Reflecting on players’ feedback and directional goals, the team detailed their commitment to improving the Lost Ark experience – ranging from accessibility for new players, updates to combat player progression, taking care of the bot problem, and more. To offset any exhaustion and gatekeeping, the team is implementing updates to the Argos Abyss Raid, as well as introducing the Ebony Cube, a new activity that combines Boss Rush and Dimension Cube, and more. The team will also be adding improvements to make progression and material collection less time-consuming and restrictive for new and returning players.

As a thank you to the dedicated community, the team also prepared a gift as a first-time log-in reward for all players. Available to anyone who logs into the game before May 19, the reward includes a Mokoko skin selection chest, a Moko pet selection chest, silver, pheons, and more!
