Outer Wilds Vinyl Repress back on iam8bit, GDC storefront

iam8bit does a great job with these unique video game vinyl. Check out the goods below.

iam8bit is issuing a repress of the soaringly popular Outer Wilds 2xLP Vinyl Soundtrack, available for purchase Monday, March 20 at 9:00 a.m. PST. Limited copies of the repress will be available for purchase the same day at iam8bit’s in-person store at Game Developers Conference. More will be available on iam8bit.com and ready to ship soon.

The Outer Wilds vinyl comes adorned in a cloth-wrapped, tip-on gatefold jacket featuring album art by Ian Jacobson. The existential scribbling and frenzied alien sketches evoke the liminal wonder players love about the game. The soundtrack is pressed on black vinyl with center labels featuring lovingly drawn characters. The double LP soundtrack includes 23 songs from Outer Wilds and will retail for $41.99. Fans don’t have to worry about missing out, as there are plans for more represses in the future.

In addition to the Outer Wilds repress, iam8bit will have a veritable dragon’s horde of goodies at the GDC store including re-releases of products like Grim Fandango and What The Golf for the Switch. In addition to the restocks, there will be brand-new, never before seen items like the limited edition Trombone Champ Shirt. Conference-goers can also look forward to a wide array of accessories, apparel, vinyl, exclusive collector’s editions, and more, including a few discounted titles.

Fans and collectors can order the Outer Wilds vinyl beginning Monday, March 20 at 9:00 a.m. PST on iam8bit.com. iam8bit’s Game Developers Conference store will open the same morning with copies available for attendees.
