SAN FRANCISCO (September 22, 2021) – Following an incredible launch in 2020, Humble Games and Happy Ray Games are thrilled to announce new updates regarding their critically acclaimed role-playing game, Ikenfell.

Collectors can rejoice, as Humble Games will be partnering with Limited Run Games to release physical editions for Ikenfell on PlayStation 4 and the Nintendo Switch. Pre-orders will open on September 24 via https://limitedrungames.com. Founded in 2015, Limited Run Games is a Raleigh-based publisher that focuses on preserving games in a physical format. Publishing over 300 games in its lifetime and winning awards for its bespoke Collector’s Editions, Limited Run is the gold standard in bringing digital-only games to physical form for casual fans and collectors alike.

Then, an entirely new community of players will be able to experience all that Ikenfell has to offer when the beloved RPG is released in Japan for the first time with a full Japanese localization in partnership with our friends at Tokyo-based 8-4, Ltd. The Japanese-localized version of Ikenfell is set for release on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Steam platforms this November.
