Get ready to celebrate the holidays in the newly transformed Winter Wonderland, Bikini Bottom! SpongeBob: Krusty Cook-Off, the popular mobile game that puts fans behind the Krusty Krab grill to serve characters of the beloved animated series, is getting festive with a limited-time event, bringing new holiday content every day for 12 days to the game.
From December 19 to December 31, residents of the snow-covered Bikini Bottom can now dress up in their finest holiday attire – including Santa SpongeBob, Reindeer Squidward, Elf Patrick, and Cozy Sandy – as well as take in a film and serve up cinematic cuisine in the all-new Planet International Justice League of Super Acquaintances Cafe and Movies Restaurant. In addition, players can earn in-game prizes like Gems, Krab Dollars, and an exclusive character asset by participating in daily events.
Co-developed by Tilting Point and cooking game veterans Nukebox Studios (Food Truck Chef) in partnership with Nickelodeon, the holiday update comes as SpongeBob: Krusty Cook-Off was selected the winner of this year’s Google Play “Users Choice Game of 2020” award, beating out nine other mobile titles nominated in the category.
In SpongeBob: Krusty Cook-Off, players experience fun and fast-paced cooking gameplay as they interact with Mr. Krabs, Patrick, Squidward, Sandy and many other familiar faces. Fans can visit their favorite SpongeBob landmarks like the Krusty Krab and Sandy’s Treedome, design their own versions of Bikini Bottom restaurants and cook up grub across hundreds of levels on their journey to be the best fry cook under the sea!
SpongeBob: Krusty Cook-Off is available for free on iOS and Android. Also, PC players can also enjoy the game on the Microsoft Store for free.
