SEOUL – July 23, 2020 – Break out the sunscreen and bikinis! Shiftup’s smash hit gacha collectible character mobile game Destiny Child receives its first wave of super summer events, along with new Childs and more. Today’s highly-anticipated summer season Episode 1 is available for free on both App Store and Google Play.
Beginning today, players can splash into Episode 1 of Destiny Child’s three-part summer event series. Episode 1, titled “Summer Shooters,” uncovers the story of a summer vacation in the valley, where new Childs Annie and Billy can be met. The new Water Type 5★ Gunner Billy and Wood Type Attacker 5★ Risk-Taker Annie can be collected and added to Destiny Child’s powerful roster of fighters. From now until Thursday, Aug. 6, players can also unlock valuable rewards such as rare costumes and equipment by winning Raid Battles.
To celebrate Episode 1 of the Destiny Child summer series, two special events have been added, including:
· Wheel of Summer Event – During the event period, players can complete Fortune Missions to collect Fortune Chips, which can be used to spin the “Wheel of Summer.” Rewards including 2019 Child Select Boxes and 2019 Spa Skin Select Boxes
· Calypso’s Beat the Heat Event – Players can collect a 3-5★ 10x Water Type Child Summon Ticket for every day they log in, and can earn extra rewards such as a 5★ Calypso, a 5★ Water Type Child Summon Ticket and more.
