Fan-freaking-tastic game. Enjoy the official patch details below.
A new update for the Command & Conquer Remastered Collection launched today bringing top community requested new features and fixes since the game launched on June 5. The patch is the result of the continued feedback from the passionate Command & Conquer community which has been instrumental in the development of the Command & Conquer Remastered Collection from the beginning.
Highlighted new features include:
– The ability to host Private Game Lobbies
– Player Panel in-game to view player names, factions, team colors, and status
– Other player’s chat can be muted while in-game
– Custom Missions can now be manually saved and loaded
– Players can now customize their playlist here and listen in its entirety without needing to load into an actual game
The patch also aims to improve the framerate stuttering issue some people have been experiencing since launch by refactoring the way textures are loaded by the game and pushing the majority of the loading to before players get into gameplay.
