Enjoy the official breakdown below.

The Rundown
Phase 2 continued to be closely contested through its second weekend. The Rumblers managed to jump to the head of the pack, but Phase 1 champs Tempo Storm and a number of NPL newcomers are nipping at their heels.

The Story
The Rumblers made a lot of noise in Phase 2’s second weekend, racking up 46 kills and 71 points while leapfrogging their way into first place in the standings.

Ghost Gaming had one of its strongest outings of the 2019 season, recording the week’s second-highest total of 65 points and 45 kills.

Tempo Storm continued to build on its performance from Week 1, weathering another weekend of tough competition to climb its way into second place. Tempo Storm notched 39 kills and 59 points on the weekend, including a dominant 16-kill performance in Round 5.

Following this weekend’s matches, three of the top three spots in the Phase 2 standings are now held by squads recently promoted from NPL contenders. In addition to The Rumblers at number one, PlayerOne Esports currently sits in third. PlayerOne Esports had a particularly strong weekend, scoring 64 points on 34 kills (and bringing home two chicken dinners).

The Future
