The 2019 Call of Duty World League season continues today with CWL London, Presented by PlayStation®4, live from the Copper Box Arena in London from May 3-5, 2019, the event brings Call of Duty esports action back to the UK for its third global open event of the season – thanks to event organizer Gfinity.
Sixteen CWL Pro League teams compete for the CWL London Cup this weekend with a marquee match-up starting soon:
– Can OpTic Gaming rise from its slump and recapture the magic that helped them win CWL Las Vegas?
– Will home turf give top UK players, like Reciprocity’s Thomas “Tommey” Trewren, an advantage?
Over 90 amateur teams compete at the MTN DEW® AMP® GAME FUEL® Open Bracket, with a dedicated prize pool on the line. But the stakes could be higher: each member of the CWL Fort Worth amateur tournament’s roster was signed to Pro contracts and now fight for glory on the main stage.
