Starting today, groups of two can deploy together in Battlefield V’s battle royale mode, Firestorm, in the all-new Duo mode! The Battlefield team is making its first introduction of Duo Mode to Firestorm in order to gather player feedback and improve the mode. It’s available in-game right now and runs through April 15th at 6am ET.
More information on Duo weekend in Firestorm can be found here and in a community posting here.
If you haven’t had a chance to play Firestorm yet, the battle royale mode incorporates the franchise’s signature best-in-class gunplay, stunning visuals, devastating combat, vehicles and destructible environments. Played on Battlefield’s biggest map ever, Halvoy, players also have the ability to unlock stronger vehicles with Breakouts, and even drive a tractor right through the battlefield. With the addition of Duos, players can now queue solo, duo or squad in this 64-player fight for survival across air, land and sea.
