LAS VEGAS – December 14, 2018 – ESP Gaming today announced that the second World Showdown of Esports (WSOE), a multi-genre esports tournament series, will take place from December 20–21 at the OGN Studios in Manhattan Beach, California, and feature 16 women Hearthstone players from around the world. Competing players including Hafu, Pathra, Alliestrasza, Slysssa, and more will duel for their share of more than $30,000 in prizes and a chance to become the first WSOE Hearthstone Champion. The event will be streamed live at twitch.tv/WSOE.
WSOE 2: The Hearthstone Showdown is highlighted by several notable firsts for WSOE, including the first 1v1 competition and the largest individual payout available to date, a $15,000 grand prize awarded to the WSOE Hearthstone Champion. The event will also be one of the first competitions to be held following the launch of Rastakhan’s Rumble, Hearthstone’s newest expansion.

WSOE 2: The Hearthstone Showdown will begin on Thursday, December 20, and continue Friday, December 21, starting at 9:30 a.m. PST each day. Leading Hearthstone personality TJ Sanders will host and be joined by a top crew of analysts, commentators, and reporters including Brian Kibler, Dan “Frodan” Chou, Nathan “Admirable” Zamora, Paul “Zalae” Nemeth, and Lauren Jbara.
