Good news. Check out the details below.
London-based composer Nainita Desai has signed on to score the upcoming narrative game Telling Lies. The project is being developed by Sam Barlow (Silent Hill / Her Story) and published by Annapurna Interactive, the publisher behind the critically acclaimed What Remains of Edith Finch.
Slated for release in 2018, Telling Lies will expand upon the original format of Her Story with multiple characters – emphasizing the way in which you can never truly know a person – and will also utilize Annapurna Interactive’s resources and relationships to raise production values.
A Bafta Breakthrough Brit, Nainita’s upcoming film and TV projects also include the BFI psychological thriller Darkness Visible, WW2 drama thriller Ni’ihau (Dir: Gabriel Robertson) starring Zack McGowan (Black Sails), Rituals (a landmark BBC NHU series) and theatrical feature doc Romania: Enchanted Wilderness.
Telling Lies is currently in development, and more news about the game will be revealed at a later date.
