Epic Games and UE4 news, with a sprinkle of Paragon Halloween flavor

Epic Games is headed to Hollywood for the 2016 VR on the Lot conference and we’ve got the scoop below! Find out what Epic will be showing off at this year’s event, along with details on today’s UE4 Twitch livestream featuring the closing of the Epic MegaJam and updates from Steam Dev Days, along with spooky new skins for Paragon just in time for Halloween.

EPIC GAMES AT VR ON THE LOT
Epic is participating and sponsoring the 2016 VR on the Lot conference in Los Angeles, California starting today. Held at the iconic Paramount Studios, the event gathers innovators in the VR industry and showcases cutting edge virtual reality experiences.

Epic CTO Kim Libreri will be participating on a panel with fellow VR luminaries, moderated by Emmy-Award nominated visual effects expert, Mike Seymour. The panel will explore the importance of creating realistic VR character and performances, along with the challenges facing the development of these critical components. Lastly, those in attendance at VR on the Lot will also have the opportunity to go hands-on with Epic’s recently announced over-the-top action VR title, Robo Recall.

CELEBRATE SHADOW’S EVE WITH FREE PARAGON SKINS
Paragon is getting into the Halloween spirit with several spooky skins in celebration of Shadow’s Eve! From now until October 24, players who link their Epic ID to their Twitch account will earn free Shadow’s Eve skin drops by watching Paragon streams on Twitch. All skins will be available for purchase for a limited time from October 25 to November 6. Learn more on the official Paragon blog.

The Paragon Open Beta is available for free on PC and PlayStation 4.
