LONDON – June 1, 2016 – The lineup of teams for the Esports Championship Series – Counter-Strike Finals have been determined after multiple rounds of intense league play, revealing a final lineup representing the top professional Counter-Strike: Global Offensive teams from around the world. The Esports Championship Series (ECS) is the revolutionary new esports initiative launched by FACEIT with support from Twitch, with the final matches of the inaugural league, ECS – Counter-Strike, to be hosted at London’s esteemed SSE Arena, Wembley on June 25-26, 2016. Tickets for the finals are available at the official event page or through the official AXS website. The full three days of the final, will be streamed live on FACEIT’s official Twitch channel on June 24-26, 2016.

ECS – Counter-Strike is the flagship league of the Esports Championship Series and is the first professional esports league to offer teams co-ownership, like many traditional professional sports leagues. ECS – Counter-Strike consists of 20 teams (10 from North America and 10 from Europe) with US$3.5M in payout for prize money and financial support.
