OnLive (http://onlive.com) launches the first four Square Enix games in the OnLive PlayPack monthly subscription plan — going live at 12:01 PST tomorrow morning. The games include Mini Ninjas, Tomb Raider: Legend, Hitman: Blood Money and Just Cause. OnLive will continue to add more Square Enix games into PlayPack, including previously released titles from the Deus Ex and Thief franchises. More than a dozen Square Enix games will join the PlayPack catalog.
OnLive’s PlayPack gives subscribers an unlimited-play option for only $9.99/month—allowing them to play instantly on TVs via the OnLive Game System and on virtually any PC or Mac via a small browser download.
In addition to the Square Enix titles, the addictive action-puzzler Luxor 2 by MumboJumbo will go live tonight at 9:01 PST in the Marketplace as an a la carte PlayPass. It is available as a 3-day and 5-day rental as well as a Full PlayPass.
