BURBANK, CA (August 4, 2009) – The Saturday morning pajama party continues with Warner Home Video’s (WHV) second volume releases of Saturday Morning Cartoons 1960s and Saturday Morning Cartoons 1970s. Available in stores October 27, 2009, both collections feature a whole new eclectic mix of rare and popular cartoons, including some highly-requested fan favorites not previously featured in this DVD series, such as Inch High Private Eye, Banana Splits Adventure Hour, Shazzan, The Wally Gator Show, New Adventures of Batman and Robin and much more. Titled Saturday Morning Cartoons 1960s Volume 2 and Saturday Morning Cartoons 1970s Volume 2, each volume will be sold separately for $26.99 SRP.

Saturday Morning Cartoons 1960s Volume 2 features a collection of 34 episodes taken from various cartoon series on two discs.  Disc one includes Quick Draw McGraw (with its full original Kellogg’s opening and closing title sequences, bumpers & bridges,  seen for the first time in over forty years), Space Kidettes, Young Samson and Goliath, The Bugs Bunny Show, The Porky Pig Show, The Adventures of  Gulliver, The Wally Gator Show (with Lippy the Lion and Touche Turtle) and The Jetsons. Disc two includes Quick Draw McGraw, The Peter Potamus Show (with Breezly and Sneezly and, Yippee, Yappee and Yahooey), The Road Runner Show, The Atom Ant Show (with Precious Pupp and Hillbilly Bears), The Tom and Jerry Show, The Magilla Gorilla Show (with Punkin’ Puss & Mush Mouse and Ricochet Rabbit & Droop-A-Long).  This DVD collection will also include newly created enhanced content featuring Magilla Gorilla.

Saturday Morning Cartoons 1970s Volume 2 includes a collection of 21 episodes from various cartoons on two discs.  Disc one features Help! It’s the Hair Bear Bunch, The New Adventures of Gilligan, Sea Lab 2020, Amazing Chan and the Chan Clan, Shazzan and Yogi’s Gang. Disc two features The Bugs Bunny/Road Runner Hour, Valley of the Dinosaurs, The Tom and Jerry/Grape Ape Show, The Banana Splits Adventure Hour, Inch High Private Eye and The New Adventures of Batman and Robin (featuring the voices of TV’s original Batman and Robin, Adam West and Burt Ward).  This DVD collection will also include newly created enhanced content featuring Shazzan.
