IGN’s got some juicy details about the next installment for the Resident Evil franchise on Wii—titled Resident Evil: Darkside Chronicles. We’re sure you’ve been hearing the rumors over the last few days, so it’s no surprise that some specifics have begun to trickle out of Capcom.
Apparently the new game will be another shooter a la Umbrella Chronicles, only this time, it’s darker, more serious, and it takes place in Raccoon City (from RE2). You play as Leon, and you’ve got a character working co-op with you at all times. Replayability is also a major focus this time around according to the developers.
