Shattered Angels

Shattered Angels

A Box of Pretty Girls

As I said before, the box had me questioning the quality of this anime, due to the girls in chains on the front and the giant robots on the back.  Included are the 12 episodes on two discs, each in separate cases with character portraits on the front and a list of episodes on the back.  The cases are clear so one can also see the pictures on the back of the inserts, which could be taken out and used as mini posters if desired.  The inside pictures are a little more sketchy though, with Kuu and Setsuna wearing a small amount of clothing and lying in sultry positions.  The characters were all drawn and developed very well and the music fit the story line perfectly.

Not Enough, But Compensated for With the Show Itself

Included are the standard textless opening and closing songs, along with previews for Funimation’s latest: Tsubasa, Ouran High School Host Club, One Piece, The Wallflower, Save Me! Lollipop, and Le Chevalier D’Eon.  Lack of extras, however, is made up by the quality and strength of the anime.
