The Last of Us

From the creators of Jak & Daxter and Uncharted comes The Last of Us, a new third person adventure that is an absolute must-have.

Sniper Elite V2

Last May, 505 Games and Rebellion released Sniper Elite V2 for popular platforms. Now, the game is available on Wii U, but if you're expecting the most tweaked, complete version of the game, you'll be quite disappointed.

Beetlejuice: The Complete Series

Beetlejuice The Animated Series is finally getting a complete DVD release -- and that it's held up so well all these years later is a testament to its creative genius.

Dexter: The Seventh Season

Most series fans seem to agree, the seventh season of Dexter is one of the very best, but this Blu-ray release leaves something to be desired.

The Last of Us – Impressions (Preview)

When Naughty Dog barks, you listen. That is of course assuming you're interested in AAA quality videogames. The developer's latest is due out in about a month, exclusively for the PS3. We received a surprise voucher code for a Media Beta Demo, showcasing one full scene and part of another scene. I took some notes while playing through both, and am sharing my thoughts here.

Metro: Last Light

It's been over three years now since 4A Games and THQ released Metro 2033, which I really enjoyed. Now, 4A and Deep Silver are back with the sequel, Metro: Last Light (MLL). Continuing the grim story of Metro 2033, Last Light once again puts the burden of the fate of humanity on Artyom's shoulders. The Last Stand

Director Jee-woon Kim makes his Hollywood debut and Arnold's back in action in The Last Stand. Arriving soon from Lionsgate, the Blu-ray+Digital+Ultraviolet release packs a punch, but the movie is disappointing.

Soul Sacrifice

Soul Sacrifice is a Vita exclusive designed by Keiji Inafune of Mega Man fame. Released several weeks ago in Japan, the grim RPG/monster-hunting title is now available stateside.

Deadly Premonition: The Director’s Cut

Just over three years ago, Access Games developed and Ignition Entertainment released (in NA) a $20 game exclusively for the Xbox 360 called Deadly Premonition. Some loved it, some hated it, most never heard of it. I was one of those that loved it. Now, Rising Star Games just released the Director's Cut version for the PS3, featuring a significant amount of tweaks, enhancements, and even new conte...[Read More]

Star Trek

It's a big month for Star Trek, with the release of TNG S03 on Blu-ray, the new JJ Abram's film in theaters, and a videogame. I can tell you the TNG Blu-ray is amazing; I haven't seen the new movie yet obviously, but I bet it's a better value than the new game.

Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen

It's been almost a year now since Capcom first released Dragon's Dogma. Now, the complete game augmented with new content is available as Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen.

Star Trek: The Next Generation – Season Three

When a team or otherwise group of people come together and all are at their best, something special's bound to happen. For Star Trek The Next Generation (TNG), most consider their third season their finest, the point when cast and crew all hit their strides. That complete season is now available in stellar form from CBS/Paramount.
