Acorn Media was kind enough to send us several British DVDs for review, one of which was The Diary of A Nobody. The show is an adaptation of the 1892 book. A solo effort, acclaimed British actor Hugh Bonneville stars as Mr. Charles Pooter, the man who believes he is a much more important part of society than he really is.
Prison Break, the popular Fox TV show, recently ended its run, with a lot of fans upset at the ending. The Caped Crusader battles Dracula and also teams up with The Man of Steel in a separate film in a new DC Comics animation release from Warner Home Video. The Batman Vs. Dracula/Batman Superman Movie DVD contains two full length films (previously released separately) and several extra features for both.
This year the San Diego Chargers of the NFL turns 50, and to help fans commerate the occasion, Warner Home Video is releasing a two disc set aptly named "History of the San Diego Chargers."
