LOS ANGELES – June 6, 2025 – iam8bit and Coin Crew Games welcome players back to campus in Escape Academy 2: Back 2 School, the sequel to the award-winning Escape Academy, enjoyed by more than 4 million players worldwide. Escape Academy 2: Back 2 School pushes the Escape Room genre as the first open world escape room game. It features an explorable campus filled with thrilling new mysteries, hand-crafted escape room challenges, and a mischievous narrative that explores a conspiracy rooted deep within the Academy and its founders.

Developed by Coin Crew Games and published by iam8bit Presents, Escape Academy 2: Back 2 School builds on the beloved puzzle-solving experience of the first installment, this time with an open world explorable campus filled with hidden traps and puzzles, online and splitscreen couch co-op support, and an all-new mysterious narrative. Players will uncover a deep mystery surrounding the school’s founding, leading to shocking new revelations about the very nature of The Academy. Escape Academy 2: Back 2 School can be enjoyed in its entirety solo or with loved ones, in-person or online.
