Arc System Works America, Inc. today introduced Queen Dizzy as the first DLC playable character update for the 2.5D fighting game, GUILTY GEAR -STRIVE- Nintendo Switch Edition. The Queen Dizzy DLC is available now as a FREE UPDATE to all Nintendo Switch™ players owning the base game.
Behold as Queen Dizzy takes over the Switch screen with her specialized mid-ranged combat, multiple zoning tools, and arsenal of oppressive special moves – controlling space and her opponent with fire and ice based attacks. View the Queen Dizzy Starter Guide here.
Featuring all 28 characters across the game’s Seasons 1-3, the GUILTY GEAR -STRIVE- Nintendo Switch Edition base game allows fans to play as Sol Badguy as well as all DLC characters up to Slayer. This includes the conclusion to Sol Badguy’s quest in Story Mode and additional background events occurring in the fully-voiced, 3D-animated “Another Story”. Queen Dizzy is also now available to Switch players as a free DLC playable character update. The playable characters Venom, Unika (from the upcoming “Guilty Gear Strive: Dual Rulers” anime series), and Lucy (guest character from the “Cyberpunk: Edgerunners” anime series) are also in development for future DLC releases on the game’s Nintendo Switch Edition.
In addition, GUILTY GEAR -STRIVE- offers highly detailed, beautiful graphics and animations that have been recreated for the Nintendo Switch Edition. Players will experience the game’s intense, visual combat as they play online battles, Arcade mode, Story mode, and more using the Nintendo Switch’s TV mode, tabletop mode, or handheld mode.
