(Washington D.C. – October 8, 2018) – Top regional fighting game champions from 15 U.S. cities and online will face off in one final battle at the Red Bull Conquest National Finals in Washington, D.C. November 16 – 18 at the brand-new Entertainment and Sports Arena. Bringing together America’s top fighting game contenders in Street Fighter® V: Arcade Edition, TEKKEN 7, and Guilty Gear Xrd REV2, one region will emerge victorious and claim victory as the best in the nation. Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition players can also register to compete in the Capcom Pro Tour North America Regional Finals taking place at the Red Bull Conquest National Finals November 17 and 18.

Since April, Red Bull Conquest has challenged over 3,000 competitors to represent their local fighting game scene and embark on the journey to RISE: RALLY: CONQUER. The top regional competitors descending on the nation’s capital to conquer all are listed below. Competitors are listed in the following order: Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition, TEKKEN 7 and Guilty Gear Xrd REV2.

The action-packed, three days of fighting game competition will kick off Friday, November 16 with the Red Bull Conquest Washington D.C. last chance qualifier (LCQ). The winning trio of competitors will move on to the Red Bull Conquest Finals to represent Washington D.C. at the National Finals on Saturday, November 17 where the best fighting game region in the nation will be determined. Fighting game enthusiasts, can also spectate or participate in the Capcom Pro Tour Regional Open Tournament. The weekend will wrap up with the Capcom Pro Tour North American Finals at Red Bull Conquest over the weekend on November 17 and 18, where the North American Street Fighter V: Arcade Editionchampion will be crowned.

The fighting game weekend will provide something for competitors and spectators alike, including a way to experience Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition, TEKKEN 7 and Guilty Gear Xrd REV2 like never before with special Augmented Reality (AR) activations provided by Artechouse.

“Events DC is proud to partner with Red Bull to bring the Red Bull Conquest National Finals to the new Entertainment & Sports Arena (ESA) in our nation’s capital,” Gregory A. Competition tickets for the Washington D.C. LCQ as well as single day or multi-day spectator tickets are available at redbullconquest.com. Registration to the LCQ also grants spectator access for the duration of the weekend’s events. Doors will open at 10 AM each day with competition beginning at 12 PM.
