Ah, Las Vegas. Not just the setting of every year’s (magnificent) CES Expo, but also the basis of annual fabrications to my wife about having to go there to “work”. Hah.
But that doesn’t mean it’s without its unique breed of stressors. We’ve experienced our day’s worth, including:
- • One lost press badge (first time this has ever happened)
- • Greg thinking he lost his wallet (which actually turned up underneath a tattered flap of his previous CES freebie bag)
- • Spotty 4G
So yes, all very stressful situations.
Fortunately, they’ve all been resolved without any monetary expense to us.
Tonight we head to Lenovo at 7 PM for their always awesome event, after which we stagger drunkenly into our hotel beds in preparation for tomorrow morning’s Nyko meeting at 9.
We’re also planning a remote podcast tomorrow night, so that ought to be fun. Don’t lose sleep in anticipation.
