KONAMI Announces First-Ever Live Video Stream of Pro Evolution Soccer Finals

The gala event will see the very best Pro Evolution Soccer players gather from all across the globe to go head-to-head to find the ultimate champion. Twenty-three countries and 40 players will be represented, including players from Mexico, Spain, Germany, Italy, Scandinavia, the UK, France, Argentina, Brazil, Japan, Korea, and the United States.


The competition will be streamed live via
http://www.ustream.tv/channel/official-pes2010-world-finals and will kick off at 7:00am PST. Players will begin in randomly selected groups with two players from each group proceeding to a knockout competition. Viewers will also be able to see highlights of the event as selected matches will be broadcasted with players battling it out during ten-minute matches.

As fans watch the unfolding drama, a secondary chat window will allow them to discuss the matches and tournaments with others, as well as ask KONAMI representatives tournament questions. They will also be able to witness the prize-giving ceremony, where Pro Evolution Soccer European team leader Jon Murphy, and the series’ Japanese Producer Shingo ‘Seabass’ Takatsuka will be on hand to offer the trophy and other prizes.
