SCEA announces price cuts for PSN games for the holiday season

The holiday season kicks off this week and PlayStation®3 (PS3™) owners need only to go as far as their living room to get great deals. Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) today announced the Fall Game Sale on PlayStation®Store, offering PlayStation fans the chance to save 50 percent on popular PlayStation®Network hits.

From November 24 through December 2, PS3 users can purchase must-have titles like Flower™, The Last Guy™, Comet Crash, Prince of Persia® Classic or Bomberman Ultra for only $4.99; or pick up premium short format downloaded games Smash Cars and Invincible Tiger™: The Legend of Han Tao at discounted sale prices.

Available through PlayStation Network, PlayStation Store features more than 450 downloadable games for PS3 and PSP® (PlayStation®Portable) systems — of which approximately half are exclusive — as well as a wide selection of game related content, movies, television shows and original programming. PlayStation Network continues to grow in popularity with over 650 million pieces of content downloaded to date worldwide. There are currently more than 33 million registered users worldwide.
