Microsoft Game Studios today announced that one of its most critically acclaimed Games for Windows franchises, “Age of Empires III: Complete Collection” is coming to retailers Worldwide.
The “Age of Empires® III: Complete Collection” includes the original game plus two expansion packs, “Age of Empires III: The Asian Dynasties” and Age of Empires III: War Chiefs”, developed collaboratively by Big Huge Games and Ensemble Studios for the Games for Windows platform. Leading and innovating the RTS genre through exciting and revolutionary gameplay features, “Age of Empires® III” is one of the fastest-selling titles in the franchise history. The “Age of Empires® III: Complete Collection” will be offered at the estimated retail price of $49.95 (€54.99)
“Age of Empires® III: Complete Collection” lets players lead various civilizations from Europe to the New World, explore over 15 Asian Wonders, play random map styles that feature remixes of classic “Age of Empires”, and provides solo experiences that engage in strategic combat.
“Age of Empires® III”, “Age of Empires III: The Asian Dynasties”, and Age of Empires III: War Chiefs” are rated “T” for teens ages 13 and older. The use of the expansion packs requires installation of the “Age of Empires III” core software included in the bundle.
