GOG.com releases new games for the Mac.

As a pleasant surprise, Nintendo announced at their special 3DS software press event that the very next (and final) day of E3, New Super Mario Bros. 2 for the 3DS would suddenly be made available for play. Naturally, considering my well-known love for the series, I penciled it into my list of don’t-leave-before-you-play titles.

Purportedly more human, strategic, and—er, icy than the last game.

As we waited for the start of our behind-closed-doors presentation of X-COM: Enemy Unknown, visions of Geoscapes and Interceptors danced through our heads.

You can’t win them all, and in the case of Game and Wario, Nintendo left us unimpressed.
Somewhat similar in spirit to Nintendo Land, Game and Wario’s modus operandi is to pack a number of (purportedly) highly appealing mini-games into a single package in an effort to produce some cheap thrills and showcase the Wii U’s capabilities in the process. The difference, however, is that these games aren’t very fun.

Remember that title that was shown last at the Nintendo media briefing? How could you forget? It sent a wave of sighs rippling through the entire room and out the doors across the entire internet.
