The update of Ninja Gaiden 3 is now out for the Xbox 360 and PS3. These new editions come after the game first arrived on the Wii U last year. Since I don’t have a Wii U, I won’t bother to compare these new versions to the Wii U installment. For more details on the Wii U version, check out Steve McGehee’s review.

Come Get Some... of this review!  From publisher 2K Games comes the "vaporware" title that is 15 years in the making from a handful of developers including: 3D Realms, Triptych Games, Gearbox Software, and Piranha Games.  And while this is not the most deep, rich, or technically sound FPS available today, the varied elements, over-the-top presentation, and fun gameplay make this a worthy entry into the franchise known for babes, beer, and gun blasting.

When I had the chance to see Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit at E3 this year I completely jumped at the chance. I had seen so many screenshots, trailers and read so much about the game that I had to see what all the promises added up to being. It added up to this: MY NEW ADDICTION

"Gotta Kill It!?"  This 2nd Person, "stop and pop" creation by the folks at KOEI TECMO seems to be the second effort into this sub genre created by Epic Games and Cliff Bleszinski's Gears of War.  And while this game does do a few cool, and unique things, one will find more wrong then right when comparing the two.

The PC platform is infested with MMO's and RTS games as it seems these two genres don't translate well to consoles. So the developers behind Worldshift mixed the two genres in a blender for an experience that seems all too familiar for anyone that has played an RTS in the past decade or so.

I had always avoided racing games involving 'Rally' in them. For the most part I always got frustrated when playing them because there was little room for failure when it came to over compensating a turn or bumping into a vehicle.  Basically, I blame Sega Rally for most of my distasteful woes towards this genre of racing.  Sega's popular Rally game brought confusion, cursing and eventually the throwing of one's controller. Enter Dirt 2 into my gaming equation. Dirt 2 is a Codemasters published, Ego developed title that helps me forget that I ever hated this type of racing.
