Films of this nature have a certain place among the pack, particularly in this genre. To be brutally honest, I don't think this should be looked on at higher regard than other b-movie stuff from this time. I will admit this is much better in comparison to most of those pictures. Clearly, Techland had some ideas for a new installment in a series, but weren't enough to warrant a disc release. So instead of creating a bunch of nonsense to constitute a full $60 release, they worked things down and made an abbreviated experience for a lower price. Reach out and shift into high-def high gear! From Paramount comes the Blu-ray release of an action adaptation from a novel in Lee Child's book series based on the title character written/directed by Christopher McQuarrie, starring Tom Cruise and Rosamund Pike. Cruise shines in the fightin'/shootin'/drivin' portions of the film, but the "mystery" portion of the program does eventually run a bit dry.
